Jul 21, 2001 - Tri-City Raceway
Tri-City Raceway is a 1/2 mile race track, the fastest track on the West Coast. With a temperature of 83 degrees at qualifying time, the #30 ZNETIX Chevrolet Monte Carlo with Amber at the wheel, took to the track with a time of 19.488 and Angela in the #35 ZNETIX machine set a time of 19.050. The race started with a field of 13 cars. At the drop of the green flag, both ZNETIX cars were struggling. The crew tried endless changes to make the cars run tighter and faster but to know avail; it was the toughest race night this season and disappointing to both Amber and Angela as well as the crew.
Amber finished in the #30 ZNETIX Chevrolet Monte Carlo in 11th place.
Angela finished in the #35 ZNETIX Chevrolet Monte Carlo in 12th place.
